7.)              Job Profile:   The job description is given as follows:-

•   Capable  in Nokia UltraSite and FlexiHopper installation, commissioning and    integration.  

•   Capability to work on high roof tops or other high constructions

•   Ability to work in a wide variety of cultures, countries and conditions abroad

•   Experience to work within customer services

•   In 2G- 3G BSC and BTS: Perform commissioning and-or integration, network expansion activities, SW maintenance activities such as installation and test of technical/change notes /change deliveries, technical/customer acceptance testing.

•   Perform basic technical support tasks, including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting within own product/competence area.

•   Fault management and/or help-desk activities case by case/supervised. (Helpdesk, Kruse etc.) Assists in complex technical activities such a SW upgrades and technical audits.

•   On-site support at customer premises with a more experienced colleague. Learning parametering in the network elements subsystems by working with more experienced colleague.

•  Execution of tasks typically within own country/area.

•  Plan and perform standard technical activities to service the customer independently.

•  Plans and executes technical tasks according to defined procedures.

•  Applies knowledge to standard and non-standard technical tasks. Gives guidance and training both internally and to the customer.

•  Participates as individual contributor to team, usually with limited professional expertise.

•  Makes decisions affecting own work within set parameters, elevates others. Reviews priorities with supervisor. High personal or low collegial interaction.
