CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech.)
• A+ Certification, RHCE, MCST, CIW, CCNA, CCNP, ECNE & MCNE Professionals would be an added advantage

 PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Demonstrate efficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrate commitment to client/internal/customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate basic technical knowledge
• Sell the product plans of the organization 

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED 

• Basic knowledge of PCs and internet
• Basic knowledge of operating systems – DOS, Win 98, Me, XP, NT, 2000
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware components – CPU, Motherboard, RAM, HDD, Modem
• Basic technical  troubleshooting skills/ability
• Communication flow, sentence construction & correct grammar in written and spoken English communication, speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation and should not have MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
• Good listening and responding skills

Fresher candidate will mandatorily need to be provided technical training as per the module of the company.  The selection process would include the following criteria –

1. First assessment by PWS RPO along with Quatrro team.
2. Selected candidates will be issued Letter of Intent and would be given overview of the process requirement.
3. All Selected candidates will mandatorily need to be provided Pre-Joining Technical Training, which shall be provided by the Trainer certified by Quatrro.  There will not be any training cost.
4. At the time of final joining, each and every selected candidate will be re-assessed as per the Quatrro standards.  Alternatively, we along with Quatrro operations team will conduct mid-assessment so as to bridge the training gap, if any or may even issue offer letters in case we feel that the candidate is good to go and meets the operation’s criteria.
5. Issuing of Letter of Offer followed by joining at PWS RPO/Quatrro.
